Our Story
La Michoacana was born from a simple conviction: that a café should be more than a place to grab coffee, and a bar should be more than a place to grab a drink. We wanted both — done with equal care.
Our founders drew inspiration from the rich culinary heritage of Michoacán, Mexico, blending time-honored techniques with the vibrant energy of the Columbia Valley. Every drink on our menu tells a story — of a specific farm, a particular batch, a moment we wanted to preserve.
Whether you join us at dawn for a pour-over or at dusk for a mezcal old-fashioned, you're not just getting a beverage. You're getting something we stand behind: integrity in every pour, warmth in every interaction, and an atmosphere that feels like it was designed for you.
